Has my BackerKit survey been sent yet?

Once a Kickstarter project has been completed, it takes approximately 14 days for us to receive the initial pledge funds from Kickstarter. Once we've received those funds, we can move to BackerKit as our pledge manager platform. This can take a few days to set up as well. So even after the 14 days, it may be a bit longer before you receive the BackerKit survey email.

If it has been a while and you've yet to receive the survey email, you can reach out to us at [e-mail], let us know which project you are looking for, and we can update you on its status.

Please be aware that if you used Apple ID for your profile or payment information, Kickstarter will set up your order to be under a generated Apple ID email. We have had customers in the past not receive their survey emails due to this generated email. If you did use Apple ID, it will be best to let us know after the survey have been sent out and we can update/change your email address if necessary.
