Here are a few common reasons for delays and what you can do next:
1. Fulfillment Timeline
Kickstarter campaigns often have longer fulfillment windows than regular store orders. If we’re still within the estimated delivery period mentioned on the campaign page, your item may simply still be in the production or fulfillment phase.
2. Survey Not Completed
We use surveys to collect your shipping information after the campaign ends. If you didn’t complete the survey, we won’t have your address to ship your rewards. If you did not receive a survey email or cannot remember if you filled one out, send us an email and we can look into it for you.
*Note* If you used an Apple ID to pledge, you may have been assigned an Apple ID email. If this is the case, please email us with your Name, Backer Number, and the active email address you would like to use instead.
3. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you should receive a confirmation email with tracking. If you haven’t seen one, please check your spam or promotions folders, just in case.
4. Address Issues or Returned Package
If your order was returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we’ll hold it until we hear from you. You can contact us to update your address and arrange for reshipping.
