Why Hasn’t My Tracking Information Been Updated?

If your tracking page hasn’t shown any movement, don’t worry—this can happen for a few reasons:

  • The package hasn’t been scanned yet. Sometimes, carriers don’t scan packages right away, especially during high-volume periods. Your order may still be in transit even if the tracking hasn’t changed.

  • It’s in a transfer or processing facility. Packages can sit at sorting centers or customs (for international orders) for several days without updates.

  • The shipping label was created, but the package hasn’t been picked up yet. In some cases, there may be a delay between when your label is printed and when the carrier physically scans your package.
