If your tracking shows that your package hasn't been delivered—or says "Delivered" but you haven’t received it—don’t worry, we’re here to help.

Look around your property or with neighbors—sometimes packages are left in unexpected spots.

Contact your local post office directly. They can often provide more accurate delivery info than the online tracking system.
If your package still can’t be located:

For U.S. orders: Please reach out to us at support@kingswildproject.com if it’s been 2 weeks with no delivery or tracking update.

For international orders: Give it 6 weeks, as international shipments can experience longer customs or transit delays.
Once we confirm the package is truly lost, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund based on item availability. We're committed to making sure you receive your order!
