Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kings Wild Project experience. Below is everything you need to know about returns, refunds, exchanges, and more.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
If you're unsatisfied with your order, you have 45 days from the order date to contact us at support@kingswildproject.com for a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless your order is canceled before fulfillment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund posts.

Reach out to your bank—there’s often processing time before refunds are visible.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@kingswildproject.com.
Exchanges
We mainly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange:

Many of our decks are limited edition and may not be in stock. If you'd like to exchange for an item of equal value, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different one not due to defect or damage, we’re happy to help—just note that you’ll be responsible for the return and reshipment costs.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your deck arrives damaged due to our error, please notify us within 15 days of delivery. If more than 15 days pass, we may be unable to replace the item.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the purchaser first, a refund will go to the original buyer.
Note: Refunds for gift items are only available if they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted.

For returns over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Items
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we rely on the same tracking information that you receive in your shipping confirmation email. We do not have access to additional tracking updates beyond what is shown on the carrier’s website.
If Your Tracking Says “Delivered” but You Didn't Receive It:

Please contact your local post office as soon as possible—they may be able to locate the package or provide additional details.

If the post office is unable to help, email us at support@kingswildproject.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
If Your Package Shows No Movement:

For domestic (U.S.) orders: If your tracking hasn't updated in two weeks, please reach out.

For international orders: If there’s no movement in six weeks, let us know.
This delay allows us to determine if the package was genuinely lost or simply delayed due to postal service issues or customs processing.
After these time frames, if your package still hasn't arrived and there’s no resolution from the postal service, we’ll work with you to explore options for a refund or replacement, depending on item availability.
International Orders
Taxes imposed by countries outside of the VAT are not received or controlled by us. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. If these taxes are unpaid and your package is returned to us, we are not responsible for additional shipping or replacement fees.
