Can I Change My Order?

Absolutely—if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make any changes you need!

To request a change (like updating the shipping address, switching items, or canceling part of your order), just email us at support@kingswildproject.com as soon as possible with your order number and the details you'd like to update.

Please keep in mind:

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

  • During high-volume times (like new releases or subscription shipments), changes may not be possible due to the speed of fulfillment.

  • In some cases, it may be easier and faster for us to cancel the original order so you can place a new one with the correct details.

The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have to catch it in time!
